5.1 All claims relating to the products delivered – with the exception of those relating to transport, must be sent to our company by registered letter with written acknowledgment of receipt within eight days of receipt of the products by the customer. After this eight-day period, the products will be deemed to comply with what had been ordered and no claims will be accepted by our company, which will be released from any liability.
