GRAPE VARIETY

PINOT NOIR

Pinot noir represents 38% of the Champagne vineyard and a few% of the Montgueux vineyard. Along with Chardonnay, it is part of the 2 grape varieties used mainly, alone or in pairs, in vintage blends. A variety of great red and burgundy wines, it brings its fruitiness, power and length in the mouth. On the terroirs of Montgueux, located on the Champagne coast, it brings its red fruits, strawberries, raspberries, vine peaches and its colorful flowers, rose, peony. All this with a pleasant silky feel.

CHARDONNAY

Chardonnay represents 30% of the Champagne vineyard and the very large majority of the Montgueux vineyard. On the 6 or 7 terroirs of Montgueux its expression is very diverse, from floral, Acacia, jasmine, lime blossom, honeysuckle, including white fruits, apple, pear, white peach, exotic fruits, pineapple, passion fruit, guava, citrus, lemon, tangerine, yuzu and mineral notes, flint, chalk, flint. This aromatic and gustatory palette makes it possible to make blends whose diversity and richness have no limit.
