This champagne is revealed in a deep gold color. The effervescence is very rich and forms pretty chains of bubbles that burst on the surface to form a magnificent persistent ruff.
We find a very expressive and gourmet nose with pretty notes of acacia flowers and fresh fruits (orange, white peach, raspberry, fresh walnuts and mango). The palate is refreshing with a revival of white peach, apple and citrus. The palate combines roundness and good length, all for immediate pleasure.
