This champagne is revealed in a pretty pale yellow color with white gold reflections. Many trains of fine bubbles feed a pretty crown. The nose is really very delicate, we can guess all the finesse of this cuvée. Notes of hot brioche, butter croissant and quince paste welcome the taster. When airy, certain citrus and orange notes come through and add complexity.
The harmony between delicacy and complexity brings a lot of pleasure on a very persistent finish of citrus and acacia honey.

Tasting Perfect as an aperitif or with a seafood or white fish platter in sauce.
